To play perfct pair,
you need to first place an bet on your normal blackjack game, then place an bet on the box
named "Perfect Pairs".
If the first two cards of your blackjack hand is a pair, you win according to the
type of Perfect Pair you got:
Mixed Pair pays 5 to 1 (e.g K diamond & K spade)
- pair in different colours
Coloured Pair pays 10 to 1 (e.g K diamond & K heart)
- pair in same colour but different suits
